Muladhar Chakra

As the name suggests Mula-Aadhar is the basic or Root Chakra. This Chakra governs physical strength, power & good vitality. Muladhar chakra denotes “Earth” element & hence it signifies gross things & largely deal with the physical aspect of the creation. Beej mantra is “Lam”. This chakra is comprised of four petals. The powers that reside here are called “satva” which naturally flow downwards due to gravitational force while mating/union with opposite sex. A very strong Muladhar chakra shows more inclination towards materialistic life.
