After the Fire element chakra we now move to even subtler element “Air”- This chakra is called as Anahata Chakra. Location of Anahata chakra is said be at the heart, hence it is also called as “Heart chakra”. Beej mantra is “Yam”/ यं. When this chakra is completely active it helps our soul to get in tune with the universal soul. We start to feel more compassionate about others & always radiate peace & love.
